Happy 2nd Birthday, Lukie!

Yes, Luke is already TWO! My littlest boy is getting older and I have to admit that it is very bittersweet. It's really great to see him growing and becoming his own little person, but I do miss him being a little tiny baby. He was always such a good baby, but now he is so much fun, and joy. He always has something sweet and funny to say that always makes me laugh so hard. Yes, he is always very happy and content most of the time, anyways. He can also be very sensitive to everything that is going on around him. He can sense when anyone is sad and always instantly offers comfort by giving lots of hugs.
It is such a blessing to see three little boys love each other so much and look out for one another. He loves to imitate everything they do or say. Everything they play, he never seems to mind tagging along everywhere they go. At times he does enjoy spending time alone, like when the boys are at school and he gets to play with a few of their favorite things ;). Some of Luke's favorite things are trains, buses, airplanes, balls, farm animals, and Lego's (do you think that having older brothers has anything to do with it? ) Some of his favorite things to do are, playing dress up like a pirate and super hero's are always his top choices, riding his tricycle, playing tackle with his daddy and brothers, watching The Backyardigan's and Mickey Mouse. Some of his favorite foods are Yogurt, grapes and cheese, spaghetti, "pizza pizza" as Luke calls it, fruits, carrots and green beans. By the way, did I mention the Backyardigans already? Well, this is his favorite cartoon show ever! His favorite character on this show is a penguin named "Pablo". You can tell in some of the pictures that I loaded. I would love to share more pics of his party but my  awesome computer got rid of 140 plus pictures and left me with only these...boo! :'(
I hope y'all do like the cute pictures that I was left with!

Luke on the day of his birthday!

Sweet Luke looking like he was coming down with something but we had no idea!
That evening Luke got sick with a high fever that lasted 4 days. Poor baby! Thankfully, he wasn't feeling too bad at his party!

Happy!
 Playing with his mommy!

Luke did not feel like smiling anymore and only wanted to take a nap. This is the best pic I got from all three of them!

The banner I proudly made! ha ha!

These were really cute and fun to make too!

I wish I had all my pictures to show the balloons and birthday cake!

Presents!
Well...I can only show off one! :(

Thank you Will, Jack, Aunt Amy, Aunt Angie, Nana, Papa, Grandma and Granpa!

End of Summer, moving into Fall

This summer seems to have flown by so fast. We had the best time spending it together doing much of nothing, but just swimming, playing and staying up late. Reality checked in too fast, but we are very happy to be in a routine, getting homework done and going to bed early. ;)

Here is a picture of us at A-J's Dockside on Tybee Island.
Fun times!

We took the boys to the Air Force Museum here in town. They loved it!
Especially William who is into anything military.

Will and Jack flying high!

4th of July and we had to see the fireworks.

One of the many trips made to Nana's and Papa's house to visit and swim.

Ready, Set, JUMP!

Will learned to swim this summer! He loves swimming under water with his goggles on.

One of my now favorite pictures of all time!
I snapped this picture while he was having a blast swinging.

School started earlier this year and that also meant a new school for Will. I felt very hesitant sending him there, but we are doing much better liking it. ;)
William's first day of 1st grade at Hilltop Elementary.

Will in Ms. Hare's classroom.
He has now moved to a different desk... for now. He is doing so well and is being evaluated for the Focus program (gifted class). He has made so many friends and a few "best friends" :)

While Will was in school we also did school here too. The boys love doing arts and crafts.

Two weeks later, and it would be Jack's turn.
Here's his first day of K-4. He was super excited!

In Mrs. Myers' class. We sure love her!

One week later,
August 18th. Will lost his first tooth! The tooth fairy brought him a $5 bill. Mind you,  I think she was very generous! He's now got another loose one.

Hello Cheerios!
Will reading to Luke and helping him put Cheerios on the squares before eating them... Ha!

Finally...soccer time!
This is Jack's first time playing in a league team. He loved playing the entire time and never gave up trying to score a goal. He scored his first goal ever this season! We are so proud of him!

Here is our future professional soccer player!
He did great this season. Scored a few goals and played the best defense that I have ever seen any other kid play. We are so proud of him!

August 23, 2012 baby Zachary Thomas Lancaster was born.
The boys have new baby boy cousin and they LOVE him!

The boys with their new cousin.

William is growing up and he is into creating. He build this gun a couple of weekends ago.

This was the Bulldog's second game. Adam was off and we had a party at our house. The boys love playing and acting like the football players. It gets loud here!

Now that Fall and football are here, I will be posting more pictures and hopefully I will stay blogging! ;)

Cape Crussader Turns Four!

Where did I leave off?

Oh, yes I have this amazing post on Jack's Batman themed birthday celebration that I'm also behind on...too bad it isn't a picture overload post! ;-0

A little over a month ago Jack turned four and I still can't believe that he is a preschooler. He's still so tiny to me and I just love that about him. Jack loves to snuggle and I have to admit that he is probably the best at it. He's one of the happiest, funny, spunky, loving, independent and kindhearted little boy that I know. Our family has been blessed with an amazing little person. We love you Jack!!!

He woke up with the brightest smile and ready to fight crime!

He opened his first gift from us very early that morning.

He loves his cape, mask and gloves!

After breakfast and Adam's hand painting.
We took Jack and the boys to Monkey Joe's to start the fun day.
Jack rock climbing..
He went down the biggest slide head first..
He bounced all his energy out in the bouncy castle...
He played with his best friend the entire time..
Jack and Will had a blast..
Luke and I did too!

After a few hours we came back home and washed up for the party.

Jack played the Wii Resort for a little while.

Jack was so happy waiting on his guests.

While we got the place ready with balloons and streamers!

I found these cute batman decals to place on our windows. So cool!

The Birthday cake! Yummy!!
(No cupcakes, mommy's oven was broken!) : (

Hot dogs, coleslaw, chips and cold bottled drinks. Yum!
(Jack's favorite meal)
