8 Months Old

This video would be on my previous post, but there was an error, and blogger did not allow any videos on my post. I had to open a new post to show you this video :/

Happy 8 Months!

My Sweet, Luke

I dare say it... Luke is still the happiest baby, ever! I don't get tired of saying it. He is always so very sweet and content and we are so happy that he is (:

He is now on a mission. A mission to Crawling! Lately he has taken all of the required steps to master his goal and I know that by next week, I will be back with some exciting news and a new video!

Jack's Birthday Party!

I'm three, everybody!

After breakfast ( just like every year) Jack got to open "1" present from us...

We thought that opening a big one would be OK. His first Power Wheel (an F-150)

He was so thrilled and excited. They drove around the yard for hours.

later, the boys stopped for a quick snack a PB&J sandwich

but not too long after they both wanted a nap before the party.

After his nap, he got up and got into his birthday outfit. His favorite Spider Man shirt.
Spider Man was the winning theme out of Batman, Lightning McQueen & Jake and the Never Land Pirates. (he did good:)

Party Time! with a Spider Man Pinata.
Unbelievably Adorable

Splashing, laughing and running

Luke had so much fun but had nothing to do with the kiddie pool. (the water was too cold)

Everyone was there to Party. We had hot dogs, chips and coke. So delicious.

Fun. Fun. Fun.
Is he now a Preschooler?

Good Times. (By the way, the boys did not drive while Luke was in the truck)

We will have Pinatas every year from now on...

because pulling on the strings & of course the candy was all they talked about!

Jack's party was so much fun. I know that he had the best three year old party ever!
While we all smiled for the picture.

Jack was eating half of the red icing bordering the cake.

ha ha, that is so like Jack (:
You may notice that this picture is out of order. Keep scrolling down for more pictures of the party and his birthday (:

Happy 3rd Birthday, Jack!

After all of the presents were opened, Jack tried on his new Spidey costume...
he was so adorable. ( but he says, he looks super cool) I think both! my super heros minus one.

Make A Wish!

The next morning on his actual birthday, Jack opened a couple of Birthday cards from all us. Inside he found three bucks. He was also very excited about Building his own bear.

The week before his birthday Adam and I had planned to take him after church to the Build-A-Bear store. This was the highlight of the day!
After choosing all of the bears and animals, he finally settled for a monkey... he named his new best friend, "Bananas".

(Will also got to build a friend. I will post pictures of him on my next post.)

after an exhausting day he and Bananas were ready to go home.
Finally Bananas made it to his new home & into his new bed with his new best friend, Jack.
Bananas is the luckiest stuffed animal in the world. He's got the sweetest friend ever! One that will love him and take him everywhere that he goes. Jack, you are one fantastic big boy! Mommy and Daddy love you very much!
